The TV presenter initially decided to keep his illness private but it was made public after one year.

The program went on to provide information on how to set up a “digital will” so you can tell your loved ones what you want to happen to things like your social media pages.
A digital legacy is an individual’s online interactions, spanning everything from social media platforms to emails.

Digital legacy is also important for determining what actions you want to take on certain accounts, for example if a Facebook page is deleted or saved.
It comes after Johnny said he plans to record video messages so he can talk to his beloved wife and three children after his death.
Jonnie did a segment about digital legacy on Morning Live earlier this month and left hosts Rav Wilding and Kimberley Walsh with “goosebumps.”
The Escape To The Country host said he’s “taking every opportunity” to give wife Jessica and their three kids a bright future when he’s not here.
After watching a clip about how a woman battling stage 4 bowel cancer recorded a short clip every day for her loved ones to watch after she’s gone, Johnny said he plans to do the same.
It’s amazing to think that I can also talk to my wife and children after I die. My diagnosis took a lot out of me but gave me the ability to prepare.
Reflecting on his actions thus far, Johnny said, “I have memories for a lifetime, and over the years many have been stored on the internet, as I’ve been sorting my affairs out since my diagnosis two and a half years ago. , I haven’t thought much about my digital legacy.
“I have posted thousands of digital photos and images online, but when I transfer them I have no idea what will happen to those photos.”
I got goosebumps, said host Raf back in the studio. What a strong movie from Jonnie. I think the movie is a real reminder of all the practical things you can do.
Kimberly: It’s heartbreaking. I think making special memories with your loved ones can be as simple as sitting down to a Sunday roast.
