The Duke and Duchess of Sussex have confirmed they have been invited to the King’s coronation – but have declined to say if they will attend.
Harry’s spokesperson said Harry received an email from the palace about the May 6 event, despite the outpouring of breakouts they threw at the royal family.
It comes after the prince launched another batch, with controversial doctor Dr. Gabor telling Matti he was starving for hugs and attention during his “incredibly painful” childhood.
In an interview with Dr Matte to promote his memoir, Spear, which was broadcast live – and cost viewers £19 a ticket – he also lamented his “doomed upbringing” and how he felt “different” from the rest of his family.
The Mail understands that Harry and Meghan’s former home in the UK, Frogmore Cottage in Windsor – which the monarch has reportedly taken from them – will be available for them to stay in should they travel to England to attend.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who were pictured last year, have confirmed they have been invited to the King’s coronation.

King Charles pictured yesterday attending morning service at St Mary Magdalene Church in Sandringham with Reverend Canon Paul Williams.
Harry’s pregnant cousin Princess Eugenie still uses Frogmore when she’s in the UK with her family, and has helped pack some of the Sussexes’ belongings and ship them to the couple’s home in the US, sources say.
King Charles is said to have had the officials give notice to the Sussex to move out of Frogmore Cottage on 11 January, the day after Spear’s exit.
The Mail revealed in December that Charles would invite his estranged son and daughter-in-law to the coronation – and sources said the monarch, who appeared to be in good spirits while attending church at Sandringham yesterday, hasn’t changed his mind. It is expected that Save the Date invitations will be sent within two weeks.
However, relations are still so bad that he and Prince William haven’t spoken to Harry in weeks.
The Sussexes confirmed their invitation had been sent via email. A spokesperson for the couple said in a statement that Harry had “recently received email correspondence from His Majesty’s Office regarding the coronation”.
He added: “We will not be disclosing an immediate decision on whether the Duke and Duchess will attend at this time.”
The coronation falls on the same day as the fourth birthday of Harry and Meghan’s son Archie, so their attendance is not guaranteed.
Harry also told friends that he worried about the reaction he might receive in the UK from his family and the general public. The monarch was reportedly enraged by Harry’s comments in his memoirs about Camilla, the Queen’s Queen, whom he accused of leaking stories about the royal family to the media to boost her image.
Harry has also alleged that Prince William has successively physically “attacked” him about Meghan and has called his brother his “worn enemy”.
In the latest interview, which took place at Harry’s California mansion, Hungarian-Canadian expert on “toxic shock” Dr. Matti noted how Speer revealed a “multigenerational lack of touch” within the royal family, referring to how Charles informed Harry of Diana’s death, “comes out. and leave you alone,” describing King as an “emotionally distant” father.
Harry also risked fueling his war with William by claiming to be closer to their mother, Diana.

King Charles is said to have ordered officials to give the Sussex notice to move out from Frogmore Cottage (pictured) on 11 January, the day after Spear’s exit.
The Duke of Sussex, 38, said he and his children Archie, three, and Lilibet, one, were trying to ‘smother them with love’, adding: ‘I feel a huge responsibility not to pass on any trauma or negativity. Experiences you had as a child or as a man growing up.
He claimed he and Meghan were trying to “break the pattern” of divorce and childhood trauma, and said he encouraged the royal family to seek treatment so they could “speak his language”.
He said: “When I was doing therapy… I suddenly realized I had learned a new language, and the people I was surrounded by, didn’t speak that language.
“So I actually felt pushed aside more… I feel like I’m getting further and further away from my loved ones.”
‘You were also a great candidate for the Army,’ Harry, who did the tours in Afghanistan in the Army, told Dr. Mattie. In the UK we tend to recruit people from broken homes – people who are ready for it.
